Company profile
The Rothaus Brewery was established in 1791 by St. Blasien monastery. Nowadays the very latest production systems and technologies are used to brew quality beers according to traditional recipes and brewing processes. The best raw materials and exemplary plant hygiene ensure compliance with quality principles. This quality was honoured in 2012 with the DLG’s Gold Medal for all Rothaus beers. Our two alcohol-free beers also took Gold straight away.
