Frueh Koelsch is a pale, top-fermented, hoppy, crystal-clear 'Vollbier' served in special glasses called "Koelsch-Stangen". Koelsch is a specialty beer that may only be brewed in Cologne and the immediate surrounding area in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516.
